Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Test Lead in Quality Engineering to join the GRC team. The role demands leadership in ServiceNow IRM testing, risk and compliance tool expertise, and strong collaboration with product and development teams.

You will drive test strategy, organize end-to-end test scenarios, and oversee automation integration with CI/CD processes to ensure robust risk management and compliance reporting across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management.
• 2+ years in leadership role to manage GRC Program Team.
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and test lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps integration is desirable.
• Experience with automation tools like ATF, Selenium or Playwright is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers and process leads to convert user stories into test cases.
• Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios for the GRC program towers.
• Work with Product Dev and Business teams to ensure test coverage meets requirements.
