Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an onsite role suited for a professional with 4–6 years of experience in ESG program management, sustainable transformation, and governance-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• ESG program leadership: Lead and manage sustainable transformation programs aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance principles.
• Responsible supply chain: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen responsible and ethical supply chain management.
• Policy development: Create and support policies related to human rights, governance, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices.
• Risk management integration: Support the integration of ESG considerations into enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Social transformation: Drive initiatives focused on human rights, social impact, governance improvement, and stakeholder accountability.
• Resource optimization: Identify ways to improve resource efficiency while supporting meaningful ESG and social outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant experience: 4–6 years of experience in ESG-related program management, sustainability transformation, or related fields.
• Supply chain expertise: Proven experience in responsible supply chain management, policy creation, and governance strategies.
• Human rights exposure: Strong understanding of human rights, social transformation, and responsible business practices.
• Risk and governance knowledge: Experience in sustainability, risk management, or governance will be preferred.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech with MBA.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• ESG program management: Experience managing ESG-related programs and sustainability transformation initiatives.
• Responsible supply chain: Strong knowledge of ethical and responsible supply chain practices.
