Job summary

PwC in India is seeking a Senior Associate for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) development. You will analyze client needs, implement CRM/D365 solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve strategic objectives.

You will specialise in D365 F&O development, X++ coding, and CRM integration, delivering scalable business solutions while collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong X++ development, customizations, integrations, reporting, and deployment skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• BE/BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA/BSC degree holders eligible.
• Mandatory CRM technical + D365 + Copilot/AI capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance D365 F&O solutions using X++.
• Build extensions, forms, tables, classes, and workflows in D365 F&O.
• Create integrations via APIs, OData, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Develop SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER) solutions; support analytics with Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation; assist deployments via Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Troubleshoot issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Summary- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer with strong technical expertise in X++ development, customizations, integrations, reporting, and deployment. The candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing D365 F&O solutions while working closely with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Perform hands-on development using X++.
• Design and develop extensions, forms, tables, classes, and workflows in D365 F&O.
• Build and support integrations using APIs, OData, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER) solutions.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements using Power BI.
• Work with Azure DevOps for development lifecycle activities and code management.
• Work with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and support deployment processes across environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate resolutions.Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developments, integrations, customizations, and deployments.
