Job summary

Bosch India invites a Technical Lead – Digital Solutions to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled platforms. You will act as a hands-on architect with strong full‑stack development expertise guiding scalable digital products.

Lead full‑stack teams, establish standards, govern architecture, and steer DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices, while integrating GenAI capabilities and ensuring security and scalability across solutions.

Role Purpose

The Technical Lead – Digital Solutions will drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled platforms. The role requires a hands-on architect with strong full-stack development expertise and experience in building scalable, secure, and modern digital products leveraging cloud and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for digital products and enterprise applications.


• Create architecture blueprints, solution building blocks, technical standards, and reference architectures.


• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and AI platforms.


• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.


• Drive technology selection, solution design reviews, and architectural governance.

Digital Solution Development

• Lead the design and development of enterprise web and mobile applications.


• Provide technical leadership for full-stack development teams.


• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.


• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities, cloud services, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems into digital solutions.


• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Technical Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical specialists.


• Own technical delivery from architecture through deployment and stabilization.


• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.


• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding best practices, and delivery commitments.


• Drive continuous improvement in engineering excellence and productivity.


• Develop technical proposals, solution approaches, and implementation roadmaps.


• Create effort estimates, resource plans, and cost estimates for digital initiatives.


• Support technology evaluations, feasibility assessments, and project planning activities.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and digital solution delivery.


• Experience managing technical teams and end-to-end solution delivery.


• Experience developing enterprise web and mobile applications.


• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns.


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.


• Experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into business applications.


• Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.


• Experience working with enterprise platforms and complex system integrations.


• Enterprise Architecture certification from TOGAF or equivalent (preferred)


• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to mentor and guide development teams.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Strong ownership mindset with focus on delivery excellence and business outcomes.
