Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd in Maharashtra seeks a maintenance engineering professional to improve OEE, plan preventive maintenance, and manage spare parts for production equipment. You will lead cost-reduction efforts, support skill development, and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives in a technically advanced plant.

Candidate should have BE in Electronics/Mechatronics with 6–10 years of experience and hands-on CNC/SPM scripting, PLC/CNC programming, and data analytics exposure.

Qualifications

• CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
• Industry 4.0, Data Analytics and digitization know-how.
• PLC/CNC programming experience with CS2000, MTX, OSA3, etc.

Responsibilities

• Improve OEE by reducing technical downtime on production equipment.
• Plan and support in technical competency development of subordinates.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance planning and resource scheduling.
• Ensure spare parts availability and manage M/C spare parts.
• Conduct spare part cost reduction, energy cost reduction and CT/OEE improvements.
• Drive I4.0 initiatives and digitization projects.

Job Description

• Improve OEE level of the production equipment's by controlling technical downtime
• Plan & support in technical competency development of subordinates to match the requisite skill-sets for performing their current & proposed roles and responsibilities
• Preventive & predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, resource planning &adhere it
• Ensure spare-part availability for all production equipment's. M/C Spare part management
• Replenishment of spare-part stock, supplier development for alternate part, repairing, in-house repairing of critical spares
• To carry out spare-part & repair cost reduction activities
• CNC & SPM line installation and commissioning
• Obsolescence management for old machine spares
• Monitor and carryout cost reduction activities for Energy consumption
• Implement capacity improvement projects such as CT reduction, OEE improvements
• Compliance to external & internal Audits & assessments>Compliance to safety and 5S norms at workplace
• Execute Analysis & action's to reduce quality rejections due to machine technical reason
• Drive I4.0, Digitization & Data analytics projects

B.E (Electronics / Mechatronics)

Experience 6 to 10 Years
