Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd in India is seeking a Pneumatic Test Engineer to own the Pneumatic Test Bench, establish testing per data sheets, and drive GRR improvements to meet quality and productivity goals.

With 5+ years in testing, you will analyze test data, manage leakages across assembly to component levels, and lead continuous improvements through Kaizen and 4M change initiatives, reducing downtime and scrap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in testing.
• Familiarity with pneumatic testing equipment and circuits.
• Experience in data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Knowledge of GRR and process capability studies.

Responsibilities

• Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner.
• Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS).
• Lead GRR process control & optimization to meet targets.
• Evaluate testing failures with QC tools and root cause actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (Kaizen & Yokoten) and 4M changes.
• Implement digital EWS to detect failures and reduce downtime/scrap.

Job Description

• Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner
• Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS)
• GRRLead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets)
• Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
• Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation
