Job summary

PwC India is seeking a SAP PMO Manager to lead governance and reporting for SAP projects. You will develop PMO frameworks, track cost, schedule, scope, and risk, and coordinate across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW modules. The role requires strong stakeholder communication and hands-on project management leadership.

You will also drive process improvements, manage resources, and ensure comprehensive documentation and executive-ready dashboards for governance reviews.

Qualifications

• SAP PMO experience is mandatory.
• 7+ years of SAP project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for SAP project governance and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project management frameworks for SAP projects.
• Track and report project performance metrics including cost, schedule, scope, resources and risks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for SAP project governance and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project management frameworks aligned with SAP project requirements.
• Track and report project performance metrics including cost, schedule, scope, resource utilization, and risks.
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW).
• Facilitate project status meetings, prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Assist in resource planning and management to optimize utilization across SAP projects.
• Identify project risks and working with the project team to implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained, including project charters, plans, business requirements, test plans, and issue logs.
• Collaborate with business leads and SAP consultants to support change management and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
• Support budget management and financial tracking for SAP projects.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO related to SAP delivery.
