Job summary

PwC India is seeking a software engineer with 4-8 years of hands-on experience to design, code, test, and deploy modern applications using .NET 8, Azure PAAS, Angular/React and RESTful APIs. You will work on microservices, cloud-native patterns, and CI/CD with Docker and AKS, contributing to digital transformation initiatives for clients.

Strong problem-solving, learning agility, and collaboration across teams are essential. Bachelor's degree in CS and Azure certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with .NET 8, Azure PaaS, and modern web stacks.
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and async programming.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Must Have: .NET 8 or above, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, Angular/React.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET 8, Azure, EF, LINQ, Angular/React, TypeScript.
• Work with microservices architecture, design patterns and best practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OOP, async programming, and error handling.
• Experience deploying and managing apps using Azure DevOps, Docker, and AKS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, problem-solving and writing high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Must Have: .NET 8 or baove , Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Logic App, Storage Account, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI), Azure DevOps (AKS), Angular/React
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C# , . NET8, Azure, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular/React, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OOP, asynchronous programming, and exception handling etc.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Logic App, Storage Account, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI etc.)
• Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications using Azure DevOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (AKS).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing high-quality code.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
