Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Manager‑level DevOps professional to architect and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. You will manage IaC (Terraform), AKS lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines while embedding security into automation.

You will work in an advisory environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure software solutions and modernize release processes.

Qualifications

• DevOps, Bash/PowerShell/Python required.
• CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation experience.
• Azure DevOps proficiency and cloud tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure & AWS environments (VNETs, Hub‑Spoke, Private Links, Entra ID).
• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and private modules.
• Manage the AKS lifecycle, upgrades, node pools, and security hardening.
• Standardize deployments with Helm charts across environments.
• Design multi‑stage pipelines in Azure DevOps/Jenkins/ArgoCD/GitHub Actions/Gitlab CI.
• Migrate legacy release processes to modern pipelines; implement GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Integrate shift-left security (SAST/DAST) into automated pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available Azure & AWS environments (VNETs, Hub‑Spoke models, Private Links, and Entra ID).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Standardize environment provisioning by developing and maintaining complex Terraform configurations and private modules.
• Container Orchestration: Manage the full lifecycle of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including cluster upgrades, node pool management, and security hardening.
• Application Packaging: Standardize application deployments across environments using Helm charts to manage dependencies and configurations.
• CI/CD Orchestration: Design multi‑stage YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps/Jenkins/ArgoCD/Github Actions/Gitlab CI for “Everything‑as‑Code.”
  • Support and migrate legacy release processes from ADO Classic Editor to modern pipelines.
  • Implement GitHub Actions for modern, event‑driven CI/CD workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate “Shift‑Left” security practices (Secret management, SAST/DAST) into the automated pipelines.
