Job summary

PwC in India seeks an experienced software engineer to design, code, and test cutting-edge applications using .NET 8, Angular/React, and Azure PAAS. You will build scalable microservices, deploy via Azure DevOps, and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to drive digital transformation.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience and a strong foundation in RESTful APIs, OOP, and modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Must Have: .NET 8 or baove , Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Logic App, Storage Account, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI), Azure DevOps (AKS), Angular/React
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in C# , . NET8, Azure, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular/React, TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture, with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OOP, asynchronous programming, and exception handling etc.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Logic App, Storage Account, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI etc.)
• Hands‑on experience in deploying and managing applications using Azure DevOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (AKS).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for writing high‑quality code.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
