Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory to help clients optimise operational efficiency through business application consulting, analysis, implementation and training for seamless integration and use of software solutions.

You will work with PwC's Advisory team, applying a broad understanding of software to drive a range of application projects, including deployment, training and ongoing support for clients in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Java, Springboot, and microservices in large-scale software projects.
• Strong knowledge of API development and modern web frameworks (Angular/React).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps tooling (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Overall experience between 4 - 8 years.
• Has worked extensively in large-scale software solution implementations with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Has worked extensively in large-scale software solution implementations with hands-on experience
• 4+ years of experience working in agile teams and with proven product & solution delivery.
• Experience of working in all phases of application or solution development and successful implementation.

Technical Skills & Specialized Knowledge

• Service-oriented, event-driven and microservices architectures and design patterns.
• Mobile/Web architecture stacks.
• Databases: RDBMS/NoSQL (e.g., MS SQL, Mongo DB) data stores and appropriate use cases.
• Rapid prototyping workflows and development tools.
• Containerization, and experience in using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• DevOps such as CD/CI, virtualization, automation, continuous integration.
• Experience with software development tools and defect tracking systems like JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge on automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI, postman)
• Working with high level UX principles such as user stories, persona building, prototype/prototype development approaches
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Must have:
