Job summary

Quest Business Solution in Thane, India, seeks an experienced Production Manager for end-to-end textile and garment production. You will oversee stitching, embroidery, finishing, QC, packaging, and manpower management, driving productivity and quality across multiple lines.

You will prepare production plans and records, supervise tailors and operators, and lead contract labour to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production management within home textiles, garments, furnishing, or made-ups.
• Experience in quality control, manpower management, stitching operations, embroidery processes, and packaging.
