Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a senior design engineer to develop Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) per customer specs and drive CAD-based design activities. You will generate GA drawings, 3D models, and maintain design templates and databases to ensure consistency.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, strong hydraulic knowledge, and adherence to global standards. Collaboration with multiple teams and a focus on quality are essential for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Industrial Production from reputed institutions.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge on Hydraulic system Design.
• Knowledge of design standards.
• Preparation & release of BOM and Engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) in accordance with customer specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare GA drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, and 3D models using Creo and other CAD tools.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of standard modules, design templates, engineering databases, and standardization initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues, implement engineering changes, and ensure timely project execution.
• Continuously improve product design by incorporating lessons learned, customer feedback, and best engineering practices.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documents comply with DCCS, AB Standards, ISO, DIN, and other applicable internal engineering standards and guidelines.

• Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, and 3D models using Creoand other CAD tools
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard modules, design templates, engineeringdatabases, and standardization initiatives to improve design efficiency, consistency, and quality
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues, implement engineering changes, and ensuretimely project execution
• Continuously improve product design by incorporating lessons learned, customer feedback, and bestengineering practices.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documents comply with DCCS, AB Standards, ISO, DIN, and otherapplicable internal engineering standards and guideline

Qualifications
