• Proficient in MRP II/SAP MM; lean logistics and pull systems (Kanban/Supermarket).
• Strong Excel/PC skills; SAP material planning knowledge.
• Fluent English; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up/optimize long-term material plans, coordinate with suppliers to secure material and capacity.
• Plan and order materials; monitor plan vs. execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track past due/missing parts to avoid production disruption and meet OTD.
• Coordinate with plants on unqualified materials, push inspections, and support logistics with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Set up/optimize long‑term material plan according to market forecast/consumption/capacity, coordination with supplier to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation.
• Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implementation to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Past Due and Missing part for production daily check to ensure no impact on production orders and Customer OTD.
• Coordinate with plants to deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring etc. internal process. Communicate with production planner in time to fulfill customer demand.
• Material Inventory control to meet KPI requirement.
• Responsible for related material project to optimize supply chain and improve supplier delivery performance.
• Logistical supplier management (support supplier onboarding; supplier KPI tracking; logistical support of suppliers in bottleneck situations; coordination of annual alignments with suppliers on logistic parameters for SA, EDI, TLV, etc).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical, Trading or Logistic preferred with Minimum 3 -4 years of topical work experience in material and supplier planning.
• Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket).
• Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP material planning.
• Logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills.
• Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure.
• Problem analytical skill and problem solving.
• Relevant working experience incl. production or project management preferred.
• German language skills would an advantage, but are not a mandatory requirement.
• Must be mobil for International STA.
• Travel Rqequirment - 40%.
