Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India in Gujarat seeks a BE Mechanical with 3-6 years of experience to drive productivity, optimize material flow and ensure first time right execution on shop floor. You will apply lean tools and support ISO/QHSE compliance on manufacturing lines.

Utilize PFMEA, 5S and Kaizen while solving problems with 8D/PDCA methodologies and coordinating RPP projects within a fast-paced automation environment.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3–6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic components, circuits and GA drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic testing and customer inspections.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S and Kaizen.
• Analytical, data-driven and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.
• Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Ensure compliance to ISO and involvement in QHSE activities including audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.

Job Description

• Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why,Fishbone, PDCA)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S,Kaizen.
• Analytical, data-driven, and decision-making ability
