Job summary

Atharv Consultants in Hyderabad, India seeks an EXIM - Export Import Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory filings.

The candidate will coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and agents; file Bills of Entry on time and prepare E-Way Bills, leveraging MBA in IB/FT and 1+ year DGFT experience.

Qualifications

• MBA in international business or foreign trade required.
• 1+ year experience in import/export documentation and DGFT.
• Knowledge of Bill of Entry filing and E-Way Bills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers.
• Ensure timely filing of Bills of Entry and resolve customs-related issues.
• Prepare E-Way Bills as part of compliance workflow.
