Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project.
- Develops and tests documentation which describes the specific solution and implementation requirements.
- Reviews test results and performs root cause analyses to identify problems.
- Issue validation during software release updates.
- Partner with primary Implementation consultants to provide support during implementation.
- Issue acknowledgement and analysis to provide solutions.
- Communicates with IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team, and CLM team on implementation projects.
- Handles multiple projects independently.
- Multitasking ability.
- Contributes to client‑facing billable work during implementations through Meetings / Jira / Emails / Salesforce.
- Sanity Testing and Functional Testing of application.
- Makes changes to or upgrades existing solution designs, and enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions.
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally.
- Provides configuration and validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects.
- Contributes in creating "Day in the Life" business scenarios.
- JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard.
- Updates support handover document.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent vocational qualification/experience)
- Minimum Work Experience: 4-7 years’ experience
- Key Skills and Competencies:
- Background in Implementation / Software Testing preferred.
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to analyze issues using data analysis through DB queries (SQL knowledge).
- Able to create free marker templates to support complex pay rules using html.
- Create/Edit shell scripts.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Able to think and write Test Cases / Test Scenarios.
