Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Nuvolo Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of Connected Workspace products on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves scripting, configuration, and delivery across client projects.

You will work onsite Monday-Thursday with colleagues and have the option to choose your location on Friday, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript or GlideScript.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow components and configurations.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, HTTP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure web services within the EAM platform on ServiceNow.
• Configure Nuvolo Connected Workplace products to meet client needs.
• Work with web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis across modules.
• Build and maintain platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and related platform capabilities.
• Support and enhance Service Catalog solutions.
• Work with Service Portal and UI Builder to improve user experiences.
• Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools via REST APIs.
• Assist in assessing client product usage to identify optimization opportunities.
• Perform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to documentation of designs and standards.

What's In It For You

As Nuvolo’s Implementation Specialist, you will be assisting in the implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s), leveraging your strong background in ServiceNow and utilizing Nuvolo’s Global Services Delivery model. You will participate in Delivery Projects by scripting and configuring the product to meet the client’s requirements. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the platform’s best practices and industry standards.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring
