We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist with 3+ years of experience to execute and support the implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a hands‑on approach to deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting solutions to meet client and organisational needs.

Note: Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted software engineering tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, or equivalent LLM‑based development assistants.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience writing effective prompts and iteratively refining AI-generated outputs.
• Strong understanding of validating, reviewing, and securing AI-generated code before production use.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI usage policies, security, and confidentiality best practices. al requirements.
