ABB Robotics is hiring three Implementation Managers to drive the global Quote-to-Order transformation. You will work with country commercial teams to map current processes to the global target, identify gaps, and guide the transition to the new tools and processes.

You will partner with regional sales organizations across Europe, the Americas and Asia, coordinating CPQ, SAP S/4HANA integrations and related applications, while ensuring local requirements are addressed and change is effectively

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial process implementation, digital transformation or business change roles in a B2B environment.
• Good understanding of commercial processes such as quotation, pricing, configuration, sales operations or order handling.
• Experience with CPQ, CRM, CLM or ERP is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are an advantage.

We are hiring 3 Implementation Managers to drive our global Quote-to-Order transformation. You will join a key initiative to standardize commercial processes and digital solutions across our business. Each role is autonomous and high-impact, with direct influence on how our commercial operations work in your region.

About The Role

Join ABB Robotics as an Implementation Manager and drive the implementation and adoption of our global Quote-to-Order process and supporting digital solutions.

The role will work closely with country commercial organizations to understand their current ways of working, introduce the global Quote-to-Order process, identify gaps and local requirements, and support countries through the transition to the target process and tools. The current solution landscape includes CPQ and the commercial Quote-to-Order processes interfacing with SAP S/4HANA, together with other supporting applications. The scope may evolve as the Quote-to-Order process and application landscape develops. The position is part of the Commercial Excellence – Quote to Order Process organization and reports to the Quote to Order Process Manager.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of our commercial transformation.

What You Will Do

• Lead implementation of the global Quote-to-Order process across your region.
• Facilitate workshops to map current country processes against the global target, identify gaps, and define how they are resolved.
• Support countries through a complete tool landscape transformation — you'll be equally comfortable helping teams understand new processes and navigating new tools.
• Act as the primary business process advisor and second-level tool support contact for your region's countries — balancing process discipline with pragmatic tool troubleshooting
• Coordinate deployment of CPQ and related solutions, including the commercial process integration and handover into SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the primary Quote-to-Order implementation contact for your region’s countries, building trusted relationships with sales organizations and key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with country Sales organizations and key stakeholders. Understand existing country commercial processes, requirements and ways of working and support countries through the change management process.
• Define and execute country implementation plans covering preparation, testing, training, go-live and stabilization. Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation readiness with countries and IT/IS teams.
• Champion continuous improvement post go-live, translating recurring business challenges into structured requirements for process and tool enhancements.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial process implementation, digital transformation or business change roles in a B2B environment.
• Good understanding of commercial processes such as quotation, pricing, configuration, sales operations or order handling.
• Experience working with commercial platforms such as CPQ, CRM, CLM or ERP is an advantage.
• Experience with commercial processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP environments is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. You are equally confident with business and technical audiences.
• Experience working across multiple countries and in matrix organizations; structured, self-driven and ownership-oriented.
• Fluent in English; local or regional language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently within your region, particularly during implementation phases.

The Ideal Candidate

You combine commercial understanding, process orientation and change management expertise. You know how to sit with a country team, understand how they work today, and guide them confidently toward a standardized global process, without losing sight of legitimate local needs. You do not need to be a Process Owner, CPQ specialist or ERP expert, but you must have enough breadth across commercial, process and systems topics to lead implementation to successful adoption.

Minimum annual salary: €53.000

Variable Pay: AIP target % + Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
