Job summary

The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks, maintain CRM records, and meet weekly productivity targets while delivering high-quality service, including night/late-night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in blended process involving custom tasks & projects – preferably travel & hotel background.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
  • Candidate must rank within the top 20% of their present team.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting internal and external clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance.
  • Work on various projects and tasks assigned.
  • Coordinating with internal teams/stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Complete ownership of assigned work, meet daily productivity & utilization targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of all self-productivity and project stats in the pre-described format.
  • Document all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM software.
  • Strive to meet weekly activity metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments

About the role:

The Cvent Supplier Network™ is a powerful venue sourcing platform available to you for free. Easily find event space that matches your specifications, get critical safety updates from venues, determine availability, quickly build RFPs, track cancelled space, and centralize your venue data to be smarter and more prepared.

In This Role, You Will:

Here’s What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.

  • Experience in Blended Process that involves working on Custom tasks & Projects – preferably travel & hotel background.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Candidate must rank within the top 20% of their present team
  • Experience in working on Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
  • Candidates should be ready to work night / late night shifts
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
