Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Create client solutions and reports using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Manage data migration and transition from legacy software to Morningstar systems.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for centralized client oversight.
• Track new implementations and collaborate with internal teams for releases and BAU transition.
• Lead new client onboarding, identify challenges, and define transition roadmaps.
• Deliver initial and ongoing system training to client back‑office teams either face‑to‑face or remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with CRM, data analysis, data migration, and financial advice processes.
• Proven technical implementation and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to multitask, manage concurrent implementations, and negotiate complex issues.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in an agile, consultative environment.
