Job summary

SIONIQ - JOS in Hyderabad invites fresh graduates to join as an Implementation Engineer to support deployment of SIONIQ ERP solutions for clients. You will configure the system, assist with data migration, conduct user training, and help ensure a smooth implementation experience.

You will write implementation documentation, coordinate with internal teams, travel to client sites when required, and explore opportunities for additional ERP modules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of SIONIQ ERP based on client requirements.
• Support data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct online and offline user training sessions to help clients effectively use the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration details and user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support by identifying and resolving basic system issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.
• Learn client business processes and help recommend suitable ERP workflows.
• Support senior team members in identifying opportunities for additional ERP modules and services.
