Job summary

Sirion is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the Presales Demo Services team in India. You’ll configure Sirion demo environments, perform no-code workflow setups, and validate configurations to deliver compelling enterprise demos for prospective customers.

You will collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, capturing client requirements and turning them into actionable configurations while maintaining thorough documentation and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS applications, workflow/configuration platforms, APIs, automation tools, or AI technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CLM, procurement, legal technology, or enterprise business processes is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise-grade, AI-native CLM platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and prepare Sirion demo environments based on customer requirements and business use cases.

• Continuously build knowledge of Sirion’s CLM platform, AI capabilities, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced Presales environment while proactively communicating risks and dependencies.
