Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM consultant with 8–12+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation experience.

You will own Production Planning and Quality Management modules, drive end-to-end integration with MM, SD, EWM/WM, CO/FI, and MES interfaces, and oversee master data migration in a complex manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes solution design, testing, stakeholder management and deployment across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP PP/QM experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation experience.
• Strong expertise in Production Planning, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Capacity Planning, Confirmations and Goods Movements.
• Strong SAP QM knowledge covering Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, Quality Results, Usage Decisions and Quality Notifications.
• Good understanding of PP/QM integration with MM, SD, EWM/WM, CO/FI and Product Costing.
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MES, shop-floor systems and third-party applications using APIs, IDocs, middleware, etc.
• Strong experience with manufacturing master data migration, including Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions and QM master data.
• Excellent solution design, business process analysis, testing, stakeholder management and deployment experience in complex manufacturing environments.]

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementations and transformations in complex manufacturing settings.
• Design, test and deploy integrated PP/QM processes across MM, SD, EWM/WM, CO/FI and Product Costing.
• Coordinate with MES and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flows and master data migration.
• Stakeholder management and detailed solution design for large-scale manufacturing projects.
