Job summary

Yokogawa Bengaluru invites an experienced IIOT Engineering Delivery Lead to oversee cross‑functional teams delivering digital transformation projects across OT/IT domains. You will shape requirements, lead applications development, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high CSAT.

The role requires 7–10 years in IIOT, strong Python/C#/SQL/AI skills, and hands‑on experience with LoRaWAN, MQTT and SaaS platforms, plus global travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, AI/ML model development and AI agents.
• IoT gateway configuration, JIRA, Agile, O365 apps, Visual Studio.
• OT/IT/ET data integration using LoRaWAN, MQTT, APIs and OT protocols.
• Experience in Industrial Digital Transformation, Energy Management Systems and SaaS platforms.
• Design, development and deployment of AI-driven industrial applications for efficiency and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized application on COTS products for OT/IT/ET data integration and transformation. Front end, back-end application development, engineering, implementation and post deployment support.
• Leading complex projects throughout their complete lifecycle from requirements capture to handover and Post order support.
• Travel within globally for implementation, trainings etc. (Travel less than 10%)
• Learn and implement new features in the COTS products.
• Ensure team delivers Project within budget, as per schedule and Zero escalation.
• The team lead will be responsible to ensure high CSAT Score and improvements.

Job Summaries : The work is to create solutions within Yokogawa & Partner Digital Platforms. Platforms are collection of multiple technologies tailored to deliver improvements in productivity, asset management, predictive analytics etc. Candidate will be responsible for team management, identify technical requirements, application development, project engineering and deliver digital transformation projects.
