Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Digital Officer for IoT and AILNT/DO-IAA at Hazira plant. You will drive IoT-enabled smart manufacturing, machine connectivity, and real-time visibility on the shop floor.

You will integrate IoT with ERP, SAP, MES, and BI tools, manage edge devices and gateways, and lead cybersecurity and governance to ensure reliable data and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital manufacturing, IoT, IT/OT, Industry 4.0, or related development.
• Hands-on exposure to IoT platforms, PLC/SCADA integration, industrial sensors, edge gateways, OPC-UA, and MQTT.

Responsibilities

• Lead IoT, smart manufacturing, machine connectivity, sensor integration, and real-time monitoring.
• Identify digitization opportunities across production, maintenance, quality, energy, safety, stores, and supply chain.
• Implement digital solutions for OEE, downtime, predictive maintenance, energy monitoring, and quality records.
• Integrate IoT with ERP, SAP, MES, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL.
• Ensure IT/OT cybersecurity, data governance and compliance.
