Role Description

The IELTS / PTE / TOEFL Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The faculty member will plan and deliver structured lessons for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL preparation, focusing on listening, reading, writing, and speaking modules. Daily responsibilities include assessing student proficiency, designing practice materials and mock tests, providing individual feedback, and tracking performance to help learners reach target scores. The role also involves clarifying test formats and strategies, maintaining accurate academic records, and collaborating with counseling staff to support students’ overall study abroad journey. Faculty members are expected to uphold high teaching standards, ensure a supportive classroom environment, and stay updated on exam patterns and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing.
• Proven ability to teach or coach students in standardized language tests such as IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL.
• Skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and creating engaging instructional materials.
• Assessment and feedback skills, including conducting mock tests and analyzing student performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse student backgrounds.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a language trainer or test prep faculty is highly preferred; certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) are an advantage.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for content creation, online practice resources, and student progress tracking.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and maintain a student-focused, ethical, and professional approach.
