Job summary

Stride Study Abroad is seeking a dedicated Faculty to conduct IELTS, PTE and Spoken English classes for students in India. The role covers Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking modules, along with demo lectures and counselling on course structure and preparation.

You will support admissions by guiding enquiries into registrations, conduct mock tests and provide personalised feedback to boost performance and confidence. Expect engaging seminars and rigorous academic standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Conduct regular IELTS, PTE and Spoken English classes.
• Cover all required IELTS and PTE modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking.
• Conduct demo lectures and counselling students regarding course structure and preparation.
• Support the team in converting enquiries into course registrations through academic guidance.
• Conduct regular mock tests, assessments, speaking evaluations and practice sessions.
• Evaluating students’ performance and providing feedback and improvement strategies.
• Preparing and maintaining study materials, worksheets, practice exercises and test resources.
• Developing students’ English communication, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency and confidence through Spoken English sessions.
• Identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses and providing personalised academic support.
• Organising and participating in seminars, workshops, orientation sessions and student activities.
• Maintaining regular student engagement and motivating students to attend classes and follow their preparation plans.
• Maintaining academic quality and teaching standards across IELTS, PTE and Spoken English programs.
• Keeping records of students’ performance, attendance, mock test results and overall progress.
• Staying updated with IELTS and PTE exam patterns, assessment criteria and preparation techniques.
• Supporting other academic and student-related activities as assigned by the management.
