Responsibilities

• Deliver online PTE Academic classes (core responsibility) including speaking, writing, reading, listening
• Deliver IELTS classes (Academic/General) and General English support sessions when required
• Conduct mock tests, detailed feedback sessions, and targeted improvement plans
• Create and update lesson plans, weekly study plans, and student progress tracking
• Support students with accuracy, fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar development
• Maintain class discipline, engagement, and high student satisfaction
• Work closely with the Boston Institute academic team to ensure consistent teaching quality

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience teaching PTE (must)
• Your own PTE score equivalent to 8 bands in each module
• Your own IELTS score equivalent to 8.0 band in each module (L/R/W/S 8.0)
• Strong understanding of exam formats, scoring criteria, and proven strategies
• Excellent communication skills, confident online teaching presence
• Relevant teaching qualifications (must have), such as:
  • CELTA / TESOL / TEFL / English Teaching Certification, OR
  • MA English / BA English + Teaching credentials, OR similar

Tech & Setup Requirements

• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer with updated software
• Headset with good-quality microphone and a working webcam
• Comfortable using Zoom / Google Meet and online teaching platforms
• Ability to use shared lesson resources, mock tests, and digital tools
• A quiet, professional, and separate workspace/home office setup
• As you will be dealing directly with students, a noise-free environment is mandatory to maintain teaching quality and professionalism
