Job summary

Verdantas is seeking an Identity & Access Management Administrator to manage user lifecycles, access provisioning, and identity governance across AD and Entra ID from Pune, India. This role requires in‑office work and close collaboration with security, IT operations, and application teams.

You will implement MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, run periodic access reviews, and automate provisioning and reporting with PowerShell to strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/security experience.
• 8–10 years of IAM/admin experience.
• Proven experience with AD/Entra ID and MFA/CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage joiner/mover/leaver identity lifecycles and groups in AD/Entra ID.
• Administer MFA enrollments, authentication methods and Conditional Access changes.
• Onboard applications to SSO; manage certificates/secrets and app assignments.
• Automate provisioning and reporting with PowerShell.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and remediate findings.
• Monitor identity health dashboards and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with endpoint, compute and collaboration teams on policy changes.

We at Verdantas are seeking an Identity & Access Management Administrator to manage user lifecycle activities, access provisioning, and identity governance across AD and Entra ID. The role will support MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, access reviews, and PowerShell automation to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform joiner‑mover‑leaver operations; manage identities, attributes, and groups across AD/Entra ID.
• Administer MFA enrollments, authentication methods, and Conditional Access changes under change control.
• Onboard applications to SSO using established patterns; maintain certificates/secrets and app assignments.
• Use PowerShell to standardize account provisioning, bulk updates, and reporting.
• Perform periodic access reviews, remediate findings, and update documentation/runbooks.
• Monitor identity health dashboards and alerts; respond to incidents and support escalations.
• Collaborate with endpoint, compute, and collaboration teams to align policies and service changes.

Skills
