Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an IBM Order Management System Consultant with 3-6 years of hands-on experience to design, configure, and implement IBM Sterling OMS solutions. You will develop and customize workflows, integrate with ERP/WMS/POS, and ensure accurate order lifecycle management from capture to returns.

You will troubleshoot production issues, document designs, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and QA to uphold quality.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS).
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with OMS configuration tools, business rule engines, and workflow customization.
• Experience integrating OMS with third-party systems (ERP, WMS, POS).
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of retail/e-commerce order management processes.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain domains.
