Job summary

HypTechie in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support MDM solutions with strong expertise in IBM MDM, data integration, data quality, and enterprise data management.

The role covers MDM modelling, workflows, matching rules, API integrations, ETL tools, data profiling, survivorship, and collaboration with Data Governance and Data Quality teams to ensure data consistency and quality across domains.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IBM Infosphere MDM, IBM MDM Custom Edition, or Standard Edition.
• Hands-on experience with MDM data modelling, entity management, matching, and survivorship rules.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. Experience with Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with ETL and data integration tools such as IBM DataStage, Informatica, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality concepts.
• Familiarity with version control and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM MDM solutions for multiple master data domains.
• Configure and customize MDM data models, services, workflows, and matching rules.
• Develop and support MDM integrations using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, merging, and survivorship rule implementation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MDM applications and data quality.
