Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM FileNet.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot / Spring Batch.
• Experience in ICN customization and FileNet integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy FileNet metadata using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
• Develop modules using Java FileNet APIs and CMIS Web Services.
• Perform IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization and plug-in development, including EDS and Action Plugins.
• Develop and consume RESTful services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Integrate FileNet with backend and external enterprise applications.
• Work with source-code repositories such as GitHub.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FileNet application and integration issues.
• Participate in testing of complex, multi-tier integrated applications.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple technical tasks.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer with strong hands‑on experience in IBM FileNet, Java, Spring Boot, and FileNet customization. The candidate will be responsible for FileNet metadata configuration, custom development, integrations, IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization, and development of RESTful services.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, collaborate with globally distributed teams, and contribute to complex, multi‑tiered enterprise applications.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in ICN customization and FileNet integrations is highly preferred.
