Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet & Datacap Developer to join our team as a hybrid-role specialist. Qualifications

• Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8, ICM, CPE, CE, PE & ICN.
• Hands-on with IBM Datacap OCR, document capture, classification, validation and data extraction.
• End-to-end Datacap to FileNet document capture and repository integration.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, XML and JSON.
• Experience in workflow development, case management and business process automation.
• Hands-on with Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, FastDoc, Application Manager, fingerprint and OCR engines.
• Knowledge of Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 and SQL performance optimization.
• Experience with FileNet security, metadata, object stores, document lifecycle and records governance.
• Strong deployment, migration, troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience with strong analytical and communication skills.
