Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking an experienced IAM Architect with around 9 years of IT experience to design, implement, and govern enterprise IAM solutions. You will lead architecture strategies, governance, and security best practices across complex environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with SailPoint ISC, AD/Azure AD, and SecureLink, plus strong knowledge of JML processes, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Around 9 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and SecureLink.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, access controls, authentication, and privileged access management.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with around 9 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience with SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SecureLink, along with a deep understanding of identity governance, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and privileged access management. The candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, solution architecture, governance, compliance, and security best practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

IAM Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
• Define IAM architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Lead IAM transformation initiatives and modernization projects.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to implement IAM controls.

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Architect and manage Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint ISC.
• Design automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
• Define access certification, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance policies.
• Oversee user lifecycle management and provisioning workflows.
• Overall Implementation understanding of Sailpoint with Service Now.

Active Directory & Entra ID Administration

• Design and administer enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) services.
• Configure and maintain:
• Hybrid Identity solutions
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
• Conditional Access Policies
• Passwordless Authentication
• Identity Protection

SecureLink Administration

• Manage and architect secure third‑party/vendor access solutions using SecureLink.
• Implement secure remote access controls and vendor identity governance.
• Ensure compliance and auditability of privileged vendor access.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
• HIPAA
• NIST
• ISO 27001
• Conduct IAM risk assessments and security reviews.
• Support internal and external audits related to identity and access controls.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with application owners to onboard applications into IAM platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IAM engineers and administrators.
• Create architecture documents, design diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Present IAM strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
