Job summary

Quest For Success seeks a full-time remote Physics Faculty member to design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with IB, CIE, and Edexcel curricula. You will conduct live online classes, plan instructional materials, assign and evaluate assessments, and provide detailed feedback to support student progress.

You will mentor students, organize doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physics and Theoretical Physics.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IB | CIE | Edexcel Physics Faculty member. The faculty member will design and deliver high-quality physics lessons aligned with IB, CIE, and Edexcel curricula, including theory, problem-solving, and exam preparation. Daily responsibilities include planning instructional materials, conducting live online classes, assigning and evaluating assessments, and providing detailed feedback to support student progress. The role also involves mentoring students, clarifying complex concepts, organizing doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching strategies and resources. The faculty member is expected to maintain accurate student records, track performance, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
• Knowledge of Physics Education methodologies and experience teaching IB, CIE, or Edexcel curricula.
• Proficiency in Mathematics relevant to high school and pre-university physics courses.
• Understanding of Astronomy concepts that complement advanced physics topics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching high school or pre-university students in an online or blended learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, digital literacy, and the ability to use online teaching tools effectively.
