Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an experienced BI Dashboard Developer to build and optimize Looker/Power BI dashboards, translate analytics into actionable insights, and collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and product teams in Mumbai.

The role requires 7-11 years in dashboard development, strong data storytelling, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• 7-11 years’ experience in Dashboard development (Looker/ Power BI) development
• Experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role
• Experience in working with large and complex data models, using DAX (if Power BI), LODs (if Tableau)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to strategic decision
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy
• Ability to Debug tags to understand and mitigate data issues
• Experience in data warehouse / cloud platforms like snowflake, GCP, Databricks etc
• SQL, Python
• Industry Experience – Beauty, CPG, Retail

Responsibilities

• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of logics and formulas used in dashboards
