Accenture PLC in Mumbai seeks an experienced BI Specialist to design and deliver dashboards (Power BI, Looker) and translate data into actionable insights for marketing and operations. You will work across cross-functional teams, handle large data models, and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7-11 years’ experience in Dashboard development (Looker/ Power BI)
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role
• Experience with large and complex data models; using DAX (Power BI) or LODs (Tableau)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with strong business acumen
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy
• Ability to Debug tags to understand and mitigate data issues
• Experience in data warehouse / cloud platforms like Snowflake, GCP, Databricks
• SQL, Python
• Industry Experience – Beauty, CPG, Retail

What are we looking for?

• 7-11 years’ experience in Dashboard development (Looker/ Power BI) development
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role
• Experience in working with large and complex data models, using DAX (if Power BI), LODs (if Tableau), etc
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to strategic decision
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy
