Job summary

Unity Systems is seeking an Identity Management (IAM) analyst in India for a 100% support role without engineering tasks in IAM and PKI. The candidate will handle IAM issues, support end users, and create PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks while understanding PKI concepts such as certificates, private/public keys, and basic encryption.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on Windows Server/Desktop experience, AD/Group Policy management, and familiarity with DNS/DHCP, IIS, and basic

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience configuring & maintaining Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine system administration tasks, deployments, and configurations.
• Some understanding of certificate management lifecycle integrations in cloud environments.
• Some understanding of protecting system boundaries and securing sensitive data.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Implement and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), IIS, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSH).

Job description

Client needs an Identity Management (IAM) analyst who has experience handling IAM issues, tools, and solutions, and supporting end users. They must have some scripting knowledge, in PowerShell, and a high school level understanding of PKI. Aka- knowing what a certificate is, understanding private and public keys, and basic encryption concepts. They should also know how to create and install certificates; that’s the kind of basic knowledge we need. ( 100% Support Role) This position is a support role that will not have engineering aspects of IAM and PKI.
