Job summary

Recruise India Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to support enterprise IAM platforms. The role requires hands-on work with Okta, Okta Access Gateway, Azure Conditional Access, MFA, and federation technologies, along with expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

You will participate in platform operations, monitoring, incident analysis, and audit reporting to ensure secure access controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience supporting IAM platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Okta Access Gateway, and Azure Conditional Access.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience with platform operations, monitoring, incident analysis, and audit reporting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
