About the Role

Evalueserve’s Insights & Advisory team drives strategic impact by delivering data‑driven insights on markets, policies, and development outcomes. This position leads the design and delivery of evidence‑driven frameworks that quantify development impact across sectors and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of impact measurement frameworks that quantify development and investment outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align results frameworks, conduct sector performance diagnostics, and integrate financial efficacy analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into clear strategic insights and guide cross‑functional teams to ensure methodological rigor.
• Build scalable tools and models that support investment decisions, policy action, and enterprise decision‑making.
• Shape how impact is measured, communicated, and embedded into decision‑making across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring & evaluation, development consulting, or data‑driven program strategy.
• Strategic thinker with strong ability to connect sector outcomes with financial flows, interpret complex data, and build actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
• Experience with results frameworks, health or development sector diagnostics, and policy‑linked analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both conceptual and execution levels, drive methodology, mentor teams, and engage with leadership.
• Preferred education in the social sector; advanced degree a plus.
