Job summary

Accenture in India in Bengaluru seeks a GN - SONG - UI/UX Design Consultant to craft compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with product teams, translate user needs into high‑fidelity interfaces and contribute to design systems.

With 5+ years in UX design for digital products, you will lead UI prototyping in Figma, work with developers to ensure faithful implementation, and present design narratives to influence product strategy within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience for digital products and services.
• Hands-on experience with UI and Figma.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design / Fine Arts or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine user requirements with product managers and stakeholders.

Job Summary: You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement experiences that can help enhance business performance & drive customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements within the defined scope.
• Work closely with UX designers, translate into high fidelity UI.
• UI Design and Prototyping – Create storyboards to communicate interaction and design concepts effectively. Use design tools like Figma to develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that meet project goals.
• Design Systems - Create and manage design systems includes tokenization in Figma and MCP configuration.
• Good knowledge of NPCI Analysis, Cognitive Load Audit & CRAP Principles
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications.
• Ability to craft compelling design narratives and present them effectively to stakeholders to influence product strategy.
• Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and AI engineers, to integrate intelligent features into designs.
• Eagerness to embrace new challenges and continuously evolve with emerging technologies.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Design / Fine Arts / Equivalent
• Overall experience of 5+ years in UX design for digital products & services
• Hands-on experience with UI and understanding of Figma.
