Accenture in India seeks a Consultant for AI Transformation Advisory in the S&C- GN- Industry & Enterprise practice. You will drive AI use-case discovery, process design, and client workshops.

The role spans process excellence, enterprise transformation, and data readiness to enable AI adoption across priority industries. With 3–7 years of experience, you will support value architecture, quantify benefits, and map agentic workflows, working with diverse client teams in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• AI transformation advisory capabilities including use-case discovery and design of AI-ready processes.
• Industry process expertise with AI fluency and data understanding.
• Process excellence including BPMN, process discovery, redesign and optimization.
• Enterprise function transformation across domains (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, hire-to-retire).
• AI value architecture including benefit quantification and business cases.
• Data & AI readiness assessment and data product concepts.
• Agentic enterprise: mapping copilot/agent workflows with human-in-the-loop.
• AI fluency across fundamentals, GenAI, agentic concepts and requirements definition.

Responsabilités
