Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Manager for Finance - Process Excellence to drive transformation across OTC/RTR/PTP/FP&A/Tax/Treasury with AI strategy and value architecture experience. Deep cross-tower Finance process expertise and leadership in multi-agent AI programs are required.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop AI-enabled operating models, and deliver measurable business value for G2000 clients. 11–16 years' experience and Tier-1 institute education are preferred.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent from Tier 1 institute.
• Experience in cross-tunc finance transformation projects across OTC/RTR/PTP/FP&A/Tax/Treasury with AI.
• Knowledge of multi-agent AI and AI governance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience of implementing AI use cases, reinventing end to end processes leveraging AI.
• Assessments to identify AI use-cases and value framing; connect agentic solutions to KPIs.
• Lead agentic AI design & implementation in Finance with human-in-the-loop design and rapid prototyping.
• Design automation workflows and integration with value case development.
• Design Future Finance operating model with human+ Gen/Agentic AI agents.
• Ensure AI governance, risk & auditability across initiatives.
• Manage multi-workstream programs across Finance, Tech and Change.
• Maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders and executives.
