Job summary

Accenture is shaping Finance Operations Transformation with a focus on data-driven process excellence. The role demands hands-on scripting, data analysis and ERP/data warehouse insights across OTC, PTP, or RTR towers.

Drive AI-enabled process improvement, document pain points, and contribute to end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with G2000 clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA Finance or engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance transformation or operations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Python (must have): scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls, automation; writes clean functional scripts independently
• SQL (must have): querying finance datasets; joins, aggregations, sub-queries; extracting insights from ERP / data warehouse tables
• AI-Ready Process Analysis: analyse finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation / AI opportunities; BPMN or process modelling experience
• Hands-On AI Tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one)
• Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL
• Solution Documentation and Delivery Contribution
• Finance Sub-Process Knowledge: at least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR)

Experience: 3-7 years
