Job summary

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai seeks a Hygiene & Sanitation Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the facility. The role includes conducting hygiene audits, enforcing cleaning schedules, training staff on hygiene practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management with at least 2 years of experience in a larger operation, plus strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal
