Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and project management. Strong hands-on experience in chiller installation, testing, and commissioning. Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or infrastructure HVAC projects. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering HVAC projects with a focus on chiller systems. Strong technical expertise in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of chillers. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
