Job Description –Project Manager – Applied (Chillers) Grade: 169/170 Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Senior Project Manager – Applied Projects Experience: 5–8 Years
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the execution of multiple HVAC and chiller projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery in line with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and company objectives. The role will focus on project planning, coordination, schedule management, commercial follow-up, and driving projects through defined toll gates from HOTO to closure. The incumbent will work closely with customers, vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, and applied projects. Knowledge of project management fundamentals including: Planning and Scheduling Cost Monitoring Risk Management Quality Compliance Customer Management Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, ERP, and project tracking tools. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. PMP/Project Management certification would be an added advantage.
