Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a skilled technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems in Bengaluru. You will interpret drawings, perform diagnostics, and conduct performance tests to ensure optimal operation.

The role requires hands-on expertise with boilers, chillers, pumps, and control systems, plus ability to source replacement parts and upgrade systems to meet evolving space and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Monitor and operate automated control systems such as SCADA, FMCS, and DDC.
• Interpret O&M manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to perform installations and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance tests to identify and correct system malfunctions.
• Perform precision repairs including pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as system charging, filter replacement, lubrication, and calibration.
• Research and source replacement parts, components, and materials as required.
• Apply expertise across boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, evaporators, control systems, heaters, A/C units, and pollution abatement systems.
• Modify and upgrade systems to meet changing space utilization and operational requirements.
